I'm a little behind on this one, but several weeks ago the Wall Street Journal highlighted the work of Kevin Kane and the Pelican Institute in Louisiana. Good work being done, and good to see that a solid think tank is progressing in LA. I think you'll start to see more of a trend where think tanks are going to become "do tanks" and really work on getting free market, limited government ideas implemented instead of just writing white papers and hoping that something might come of them.
