Marion, IL Activist Training

The Marion Tea Party will host an American Majority Activist Training event at Rural King Mall in Marion, Illinois. The event will be held on Saturday, October 15th, in the ballroom at Rural King Mall (1301 W Enterprise Way, Marion), begining at 10am with registration opening at 9:30am. Training will conclude at 4pm. The cost for the Activist Training is $25. Lunch will be provided.
The Activist Training will include such topics as:
- GOTV – Good volunteers who know how to motivate voters to turnout can make the difference for a campaign. Learn what to expect, and what you can do to get the voters out on Election Day.
- How the Left Does it – A look at the tools that the Left has been using, and how the tea party movement can adopt and adapt their most effective methods, in defense of liberty.
- Community Organizer for Freedom – Tips for local activists on vetting local leaders, holding elected officials accountable, filing FOIA requests, wikis and other practical steps that you can take in your community, every day.
Another great benefit of this Activist Training will be the opportunity for networking among the activist groups in Southern Illinois.
