Step Up and Serve: Running for Office and Supporting Candidates is a practical, no-nonsense training designed for people ready to take action. Whether you’re considering a run for office or want to play a key role behind the scenes, this session shows you exactly where to start.

You’ll learn what it really takes to run. Filing, messaging, and building a team that can win. Not theory—real steps. You’ll also learn how to effectively support candidates through grassroots efforts like voter outreach, volunteer coordination, and turnout strategies that make a measurable difference.

Why does this matter? Because elections are decided by those who show up early, stay organized, and follow through.

If you’ve ever thought, “Someone should step up,” this training will show you how that someone can be you—or how you can help the right person win.
