Sandee McKinlay
Arizona Field Staff
Sandee McKinlay serves as an Arizona Field Staffer and brings years of experience working with conservative committees, organizations, and campaigns throughout the state. Her expertise includes voter registration, voter education and outreach, election integrity efforts, legislative issues, campaign operations, and strategic administrative support.
After retiring from successful careers in the restaurant and real estate industries, Sandee discovered a passion for political engagement in 2012. Since then, she has dedicated herself to grassroots activism, voter engagement, and advancing conservative principles across Arizona.
In 2024, Sandee served as a Regional Director for American Majority Action (AMA), where she worked to strengthen grassroots networks and increase civic participation. She is also the co-founder of a Political Action Committee engaged in tribal outreach focusing on conservative values and voter participation.
